Project process:
• A sale staff will visit your home, measures the room, make recommendations
regarding which fittings and
brands are most suitable for
your bathroom. Providing a rough
sketch layout for the room.
• A detailed quote will be emailed, fax or posted to you breaking down every
aspects of costs – from labour to material and fittings. Including in the quote
will be the timescale and payment schedule.
• Upon acceptance of the quote a designer will visit your home providing detailed
drawings and sketches for the room.
• The
starting
date will be confirm and material and fittings are ordered. Once the goods
arrived at the shop each individual
items
will be properly checked.

• The
fittings are delivered either the week before the project
start or on the date.
• Before
starting our builders will have a copy of the drawings
to act as guideline for the project.
• Each
individual are carried by two staff on site. Any problems
arise during the work will be communicate directly to
the client by the builder ensuring smooth communication
process.
• Upon
completion and final payment a guarantee certificate will
be issue to the client.
